Secure Energy Wins Ownership Info In Secrets Suit

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 12:51 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has told two Ohio companies, accused in a $3 million lawsuit of directing secrets gleaned from a stock deal to a competitor of plaintiff Secure Energy Inc., to provide information about their ownership interests.

Judge Jean C. Hamilton's ruling, issued Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, turned aside arguments made by defendants Icon Construction Inc. and Datel Engineering LLC claiming the requested information was confidential.
