Nonunion Cos. Win Verdict In Union Subsidies Case

Law360, New York (September 4, 2009, 4:10 PM EDT) -- A jury has sided with two companies on labor claims in a suit accusing an ironworkers union of using dues-based subsidies to give union companies an illegal edge, paving the way for nonunion steel erector companies to pursue antitrust claims against the union.
