Millennium, J&J Unit Take US Side In Velcade IP Suit

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 5:39 PM EDT) -- A district judge has allowed Millennium Pharmaceuticals Inc. and Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Centocor Ortho Biotech Products LP to intervene as defendants in a Kansas university research center's patent inventorship lawsuit against the National Institutes of Health.
