A Look Inside The Largest PE Funds That Closed In Q3

Law360 (October 11, 2019, 4:59 PM EDT) -- The largest private investment funds that held final closings in the third quarter of 2019 illustrate a number of trends, including China’s ascendance in the private equity industry and the world’s ever-increasing reliance on technology.

Of the 20 largest funds that closed from July to September, there were 12 with a geographic focus on North America, according to data provided by research firm Preqin. Four, meanwhile, will invest primarily in Asia, and four will target investments in Europe.
