$10M Delta-T Claim Over Ethanol Plant Defects Nixed

Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 2:01 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has thrown out a $9.8 million breach of contract claim against industrial equipment manufacturer Harris Thermal Transfer Products Inc., which was sued by ethanol technology firm Delta-T Corp. in May over delays in the construction of an ethanol plant that were allegedly caused by defective Harris-made parts.
