Law360, New York (September 8, 2009, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court on Tuesday blasted the National Association of Manufacturers' bid to overturn a 2007 law aimed at mandating increased disclosure by trade groups of members who donate to lobbying activities, saying the law represents a “vital national interest.”
