Federal-Mogul Didn’t Infringe Thermal Patent: Court

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 3:38 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit has ruled in favor of Federal-Mogul Corp. in a patent dispute with Lydall Thermal/Acoustic Inc., saying Federal-Mogul did not infringe Lydall's patents for thermal insulation systems on automobiles.

Judge Alan D. Lourie of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit on Tuesday issued the decision, which upheld the findings of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
