EC Antitrust Ruling Against Clearstream Upheld

Law360, New York (September 9, 2009, 5:25 PM EDT) -- A European court has tossed Deutsche Borse AG subsidiary Clearstream Banking AG's challenge of a European Commission decision finding that it abused its dominant market position, the EC has announced.

In a statement Wednesday the EC said it “welcomes today's judgment” dismissing the action.
