ICE Portal Hits Digital Content Rival With Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 12:40 PM EDT) -- Online content provider ICE Portal Inc. has accused rival VFM Leonardo of participating in a series of unlawful anti-competitive arrangements to monopolize and control pricing within the markets for digital content management and distribution to online travel agents.

In a suit filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, ICE Portal asked for damages in excess of $34.5 million, injunctive relief, and costs and attorneys' fees.
