Another Former Antitrust Fed Heads To Covington

Law360, New York (September 10, 2009, 3:52 PM EDT) -- A former deputy assistant attorney general at the U.S. Department of Justice is heading to Covington & Burling LLP as a member of the firm's global antitrust and competition law practice.

James O'Connell, who most recently was in charge of international, policy and appellate matters at the DOJ's Antitrust Division, will be a resident in Covington's Washington office, the firm announced Thursday.
