EPA Had Right To OK Iowa Clean Water List: 8th Circ.

Law360, New York (September 14, 2009, 5:50 PM EDT) -- A federal appeals court has affirmed a victory for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency in a suit brought by the Sierra Club accusing the agency of violating the Clean Water Act by improperly approving a list of substandard-quality bodies of water in Iowa that omitted dozens that failed to meet cleanliness rules.
