PCS Seeks Cleanup Costs From Bayer, CBS

Inc., accused by two power companies of contributing to the contamination of an abandoned electrical transformer repair facility in North Carolina, claims it has already spent millions of dollars to help remove harmful substances from the site and is seeking recovery for its response costs from several co-defendants in the litigation.
