Writers Bid To Halt Release Of NBC's 'Love Happens'

Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 5:10 PM EDT) -- Two screenwriters have asked a federal judge to halt the upcoming release of NBC Universal Inc.'s romantic drama “Love Happens,” claiming that the screenplay for the movie scheduled to hit theaters Friday is stolen from a script they unsuccessfully pitched to studio executives in 2006.
