Law360, New York (September 16, 2009, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Two federally employed flight service station specialists were not negligent in failing to provide weather information to the pilot involved in a 2003 crash of an aircraft manufactured by Cirrus Design Corp., an appeals court has ruled.
