Skype Founders File IP Suit Against Ex-Employee

Law360, New York (September 18, 2009, 5:13 PM EDT) -- Two companies owned by the founders of Internet calling service Skype Ltd. have filed suit against a former employee, claiming that he used confidential information to help craft eBay Inc.'s $2.75 billion sale of Skype to a group of private investors.
