NLRB Issues Long-Awaited Ruling on Definition of Supervisors

Law360 (October 24, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- On October 3, 2006, the National Labor Relations Board issued its long-awaited decision in Oakwood Healthcare, Inc., 348 N.L.R.B.
