Yellowstone Grizzly Returns To Endangered List

Law360, New York (September 21, 2009, 4:55 PM EDT) -- In a win for environmental group Greater Yellowstone Coalition Inc., a federal judge has restored the Yellowstone grizzly bear to the endangered species list, concluding that the U.S. government has underestimated the dangers global warming poses to grizzlies and failed to adequately protect the bear population.
