Fasken Martineau Touches Down In Paris

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 6:21 PM EDT) -- Canadian firm Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP has merged with Gravel Leclerc & Partners to open a new office in Paris stocked with three co-founders and four partners from the French law firm, as well as four attorneys from Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP.

Fasken Martineau's move into the French capital will give it the largest presence of any Canada-based law firm in Europe and will bolster its efforts to serve clients in francophone Africa, according to the firm.
