TestMasters Prep Course Settles LSAT Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (September 22, 2009, 12:12 PM EDT) -- TestMasters has agreed to pay the Law School Admission Council past-due royalty payments to settle a copyright infringement suit alleging the company improperly used real Law School Admission Test questions in its test preparation course.

Robin Singh Educational Services Inc., which has offered LSAT preparation courses under the moniker of TestMasters since 1991, and LSAC submitted a joint settlement order to the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania on Monday.
