Fla. Utilities Balk At Public Salary Disclosures

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Florida's two largest electric utilities are preparing to fight the state Public Service Commission's finding that compensation information for employees raking in more than $165,000 a year should not be treated as confidential during proceedings examining the utilities' intended base-rate plans.
