DuPont Wins Bid To Intervene In Firm Contract Spat

Law360, New York (September 23, 2009, 3:13 PM EDT) -- A federal magistrate judge has paved the way for DuPont Co. to try to access sealed documents in a settled contract dispute between Holland & Hart LLP and an expert witness who's testifying against the chemical giant in other cases.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Michael E. Hegarty of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado on Sept. 22 granted DuPont's motion to intervene to alter a protective order in the closed contract dispute.
