EPA Sues Nebraska Ethanol Plant Over Pollution

Law360, New York (September 24, 2009, 7:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has filed suit against Nebraska ethanol producer Midwest Renewable Energy LLC alleging the plant has racked up numerous violations of the Clean Air Act and seeking to halt the problems before the facility potentially boosts its output by as much as sixfold.
