Guidance Loses Bid To Alter Damages Before Trial

Law360, New York (September 25, 2009, 12:16 PM EDT) -- With a trial barely two weeks away, a New Mexico federal judge has refused to allow Guidance Endodontics to change the amount of damages it is seeking against Dentsply International LLC and Tulsa Dental Products LLC from $1.2 million to $75.2 million in a suit alleging the larger rivals breached a contract and waged an organized campaign to drive Guidance out of business.
