ISS Appeals Validity Of SRI Network Security Patents

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 1:52 PM EDT) -- Internet Security Systems Inc. asked a federal appeals court to reconsider a district judge's decision to uphold the validity of three SRI International Inc. patents for network intrusion technology, three weeks after SRI submitted its own appeal of the judge's finding of ISS' noninfringement of these patents.
