Marathon Hits Storage Co. With $5.6M Contract Suit

Law360, New York (September 28, 2009, 12:25 PM EDT) -- Marathon Petroleum Co. LLC is demanding more than $5.6 million in damages from Midwest Marine Inc., a storage facility it says breached a contract by refusing to pay for the cleanup of almost 13,000 tons of spilled liquid asphalt.
