Nestle Accused Of Theft And Unfair Competition

Law360 (October 26, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A Kentucky man has filed a lawsuit against food giant Nestle, claiming the company has taken the proprietary information for his lower-temperature cooking process, and is using the knowledge to unfairly compete against him.

The lawsuit, filed Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, stems from a business deal that went bad between Benno Liebermann and Nestle USA Inc., specifically Nestle FoodServices.
