Retired Del. Bankruptcy Judge To Join Richards Layton

Law360 (March 13, 2020, 10:03 PM EDT) -- Saying he still has a lot of energy to expend and thoughts to offer, retired U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Kevin Gross won't stay away from the Delaware legal community long as he is set to join First State litigation stalwart Richards Layton & Finger PA in April.

Gross, who retired from Delaware's bankruptcy court earlier in March after a 14-year term, will become the firm's newest director in its bankruptcy and corporate restructuring practice on April 1.
