Antitrust Suit Over Gas Pipeline Access Narrowed

Law360, New York (September 30, 2009, 2:23 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has narrowed an antitrust suit accusing Gunnison Energy Corp. and SG Interests I Ltd. of blocking access to a natural gas pipeline in western Colorado in an alleged bid to drive competitors from the market.
