FDA Revises Plans On Drug Risk Communications

Law360, New York (October 1, 2009, 12:44 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has released a new plan outlining efforts to improve communication with the public about the risks and benefits of drugs and other products regulated by the agency, some three years after an advisory panel sharply criticized the agency's ability to adequately disclose safety concerns.
