Swarovski Sues Walgreens For Trademark Infringement

Law360 (October 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- International crystal manufacturer Swarovski filed suit against Walgreen Co. Thursday, alleging trademark infringement, unfair competition and injury to Swarovski’s reputation over the national retailer’s use of the trademarked Swarovski name on its recently launched Pure Allure crystal jewelry line.
