Broker Accuses Prudential Of Antitrust Conspiracy

Law360 (October 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A benefits broker has filed an antitrust lawsuit against the insurance unit of Prudential Financial Inc., accusing the firm of divulging its proprietary work to a rival company and conspiring to bump it out of a lucrative insurance deal.

The lawsuit against Prudential Insurance Company of America was filed by broker Havensure LLC on Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio.
