Greenberg Brings Back Bankruptcy Vet From Dewey

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 1:11 PM EDT) -- Bankruptcy attorney David D. Cleary said returning to Greenberg Traurig LLP, where he spent four years between 2001 and 2004, was an opportunity “too good to pass up.”

Cleary, hired as a shareholder at Greenberg's Phoenix office, will lead the firm's expanding bankruptcy practice, according to a news release Thursday.
