Workers Suing Union Move To Unseal Record

Law360 (October 27, 2006, 12:00 AM EDT) -- In the latest development in a rare case in which workers are suing a labor union seeking to unionize them, the plaintiffs have asked the federal judge overseeing the case to unseal portions of the court’s record, arguing that that keeping them secret serves no purpose other than to cover up union misconduct.
