AXA Fights Liability Over Tugboat Pipeline Crash

Law360, New York (October 2, 2009, 1:40 PM EDT) -- AXA Re Property & Casualty Insurance Co. has shot back in a suit lodged by American Guarantee and Liability Insurance Co., asserting it should not be held liable for coverage of an oil spill cleanup resulting from a tugboat crash into a BP Oil Pipeline Co. pipeline.
