US Poultry Groups Push For WTO Probe Of EU Ban

Law360, New York (October 2, 2009, 3:28 PM EDT) -- A coalition of poultry industry groups is urging the U.S. Trade Representative to push the World Trade Organization to examine the European Union's long-standing refusal to accept U.S. poultry exports because of antimicrobials used in processing.
