Senate Eyes High Court’s Effect On Employee Rights

Law360, New York (October 7, 2009, 2:08 PM EDT) -- Members of the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Wednesday expressed concern about several recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions that they say are chipping away at employees’ rights in discrimination claims against employers.
