Interlake Denied Injunction In Summit Contract Spat

Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 3:30 PM EDT) -- Interlake Mecalux Inc. has lost its bid for a preliminary injunction in a contract dispute with Summit Steel & Manufacturing Inc. over a nondisclosure agreement between the steelmaker and a bankrupt company that sold its assets to Interlake.

Judge William W. Caldwell of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania on Friday denied the injunction and refused Summit’s request to transfer the case to bankruptcy court.
