Law360, New York (October 5, 2009, 5:40 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to review Sea Hawk Seafoods Inc.'s challenge of the rate of prejudgment interest that should be charged Exxon Mobil Corp. for a $2.1 million settlement of Sea Hawk's compensatory damages claim stemming from the Valdez oil spill.
