SEC Seeks To Toss Williams & Connolly FOIA Suit

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 2:41 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has asked a federal court to dismiss Williams & Connolly LLP's lawsuit attempting to force the agency to respond to Freedom of Information Act requests seeking documents from civil enforcement actions pursued against former Cendant Corp. executives.
