GNC Told To Provide More Info In Gardere Spat

Law360, New York (October 8, 2009, 3:06 PM EDT) -- A federal judge has ordered General Nutrition Corp. to produce more information as part of discovery in a dispute over allegedly improper legal advice the nutritional products retailer received from Gardere Wynne Sewell LLP regarding the consequences of nixing contracts with a magazine publisher.
