Kimberly-Clark To Buy I-Flow With $324M Cash Offer

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 4:05 PM EDT) -- Paper product manufacturer Kimberly-Clark Corp. plans to purchase health care product company I-Flow for $324 million in a cash tender offer priced at $12.65 per I-Flow share.

The true value of the deal, after excluding cash acquired, will be closer to $276 million, Kimberly-Clark said Friday. The company expects the transaction to close in the fourth quarter of 2009, pending regulatory approval, and be accretive by 2011.
