Sen. Backs Tariff For Emission-Heavy Imports In Bill

Law360, New York (October 9, 2009, 5:13 PM EDT) -- U.S. Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has urged fellow lawmakers to include policies to boost the U.S. economy and job market in clean energy legislation, including measures to prevent domestic manufacturers from suffering because of cheaper imports from countries that have not moved to deal with climate change.
