AIG Unit Calls For Arbitration In Massey Fire Dispute

Law360, New York (October 12, 2009, 1:02 PM EDT) -- American International Specialty Lines Insurance Co. has moved to compel arbitration in a case brought by a Massey Energy Co. unit over payment for a multimillion-dollar settlement of wrongful death claims brought by the widows of two miners who died in a 2006 fire in one of the company's coal mines.
