Mich. Seeks Payment From Owner Of Ruptured Dam

Law360 (June 10, 2020, 6:34 PM EDT) -- The state of Michigan has hit the owner of the breached Edenville Dam with a suit seeking damages after the company allegedly failed to fix the structure before it broke and then acted too slowly on an emergency order to inspect and repair what was salvageable after the catastrophe.
