DDTC Amends Export Agreement Filing Guidelines

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 5:23 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of State's Directorate of Defense Trade Controls has updated the process for submitting agreements pertaining to export relations by issuing new guidelines for preparing these documents for the agency's new electronic filing system and for paper filing.
