Bankrupt Auto Supplier Seeks To Continue Volvo Suit

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 7:23 PM EDT) -- Bankrupt auto parts maker Holley Performance Products Inc. is seeking permission to continue a contract dispute against Volvo Penta of the Americas Inc. in which Volvo sought $2.5 million in damages for a voluntary recall it issued for 8,000 Holley carburetors.
