Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 12:27 PM EDT) -- A dispute between a Canadian shipper and a U.S. fuel supplier over an oil spill in Lake Michigan is moving forward after a federal judge tossed a breach of contract claim but refused to grant summary judgment on a negligence claim in the case.
