Airlines Mokulele, Go! Launch Joint Venture

Law360, New York (October 14, 2009, 4:06 PM EDT) -- Hawaii airlines Mokulele and go! have launched a joint venture to form the state's second-largest interisland carrier.

Mesa Air Group Inc., the parent company of go!, will own 75 percent of the new airline, while Mokulele's shareholders will own 25 percent.

Flights will continue to be run under both the Mokulele and go! brands, and all existing reservations will be honored. Routes currently run by Mokulele's partner Shuttle America will now be run by go!
