S. Korea, EU Pen Free-Trade Deal

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 5:53 PM EDT) -- Negotiations for a free-trade agreement between members of the European Union and South Korea have ended on a positive note, with officials on both sides of the bargaining table agreeing to remove virtually all tariffs and many nontariff barriers between the two economies.
