Plains All American Registers For $2B Securities Sale

Law360, New York (October 15, 2009, 5:27 PM EDT) -- Plains All American Pipeline LP has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to sell up to $2 billion in common units and debt securities.

The Houston-based oil and gas transportation and storage company said in its SEC filing Wednesday that it would use the net proceeds from the sale for “general partnership purposes,” including debt repayment, acquisitions, other capital expenditures and additions to working capital.
